Terms and Conditions
Which payment methods does That Lipstick Life accept?
Payments are accepted in cash or bank transfer. Payments must be made at latest by the end of the appointment. Late payments will induce an additional fee of 10% of the total invoice at That Lipstick Life's discretion increasing to 25% if payment is not made within 30 days from when services were delivered.
I want to come with a friend
As a mobile service, you are always welcome to have friends or loved ones present at your appointment but please be aware that appointments require a full 1 hour 30 minutes.
How long will my appointment be?
Your appointment will usually take 1 hour and 30 minutes. An additional 30 minutes will be allotted for the appointment to allow for setting up my kit and to allow for adequate disinfection.
Timings for bridal or specialist appointments will be discussed as part of quoting.
Gift Certificate terms and conditions
Standard strip lash upgrade included, premium strip lash upgrade will require additional purchase.

The standard gift certificate is only redeemable against full glam bookings up to a value of £40 and excludes photoshoot, special occasion and bridal.

This gift certificate is not redeemable for cash.

If a gift certificate is lost, stolen or destroyed or replacement will not be provided in these circumstances unless proof of purchase can be provided.

This gift certificate cannot be combined with other vouchers and is not valid with other promos and offers.
​
Cancellation within 48 hours of booking or failure to attend appointments will result in a charge of the full amount payable or no further rebooking.
​
Gift vouchers for £5, £10, £15, £20 or any value upwards are also available for money of appointments only.​
Deposit terms and conditions
For all bookings, a minimum 20% deposit is required to secure your booking. Until your deposit is paid, your booking slot is not secured. For some bookings, a 50% deposit may be required (i.e. for peak time appointments such as NYE).

Once paid, your deposit is non-refundable should you cancel or reschedule your appointment. In the rare cases that I am not able to make your appointment, your deposit will be refunded in full. Should you need to reschedule your appointment, your deposit can be used again to secure your new booking.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur the full cost of the appointment to be made or no full bookings will be taken or your appointment rescheduled.
Lash upgrades
I pride myself on offering flexibility that is unique to each client. That's why I offer lash upgrades to ensure clients who prefer lash extensions, or no lashes at all aren't paying for a service they don't need.
I know that sometimes, you want products from brands you know and trust, or perhaps you just want the full luxury experience with no budget spared. A premium strip lash upgrade is a lash of the client's choice from my collection or ordered specifically for the client. Premium strip lashes will be charged at RRP + delivery costs. Premium 4D mink lashes can cost up to £40 e.g. Lilly Lashes 3D mink lashes RRP £32 or a standard Huda Beauty 3D mink lash RRP around £20.

Unfortunately for hygiene and cleanliness purposes, only lashes purchased through That Lipstick Life will be applied in an appointment.
